Apalachee Bay - Wakulla, FL Inshore Report on 23rd Feb, 2023

We were able to get out on the water today, and it was a great day for fishing. We fished the waters off St. Marks in Florida, and we caught a lot of red drums. These are awesome fish that you can eat or just toss back into the ocean if you don't want them. The weather was perfect, and it's not too hot yet to be out on the water all day long!

Record numbers of Trout are returning to the mudflats and Redfish are beginning to shoal in larger groups. Timing is everything, especially as the fishery remains productive in the days leading up to the next front. Be sure to book a trip and experience the fish bites before the winter season!
